Throughout the months of May and June 2007, the Half Moon has remained at Peckham Materials in Athens, NY, undergoing an extensive program of maintentance and capital improvements as part of our advance preparations for the 2009 New York quadricentennial celebration. All work was directly overseen by Jim Barry, a professional and highly experienced rigger.

Several projects were completed; click on the icons below to see our status.

Although the May-June rebuild is complete, we already have plans to jump back into upgrading the ship this August and coming autumn. If you would like to volunteer to help with future rebuild projects, please send us an e-mail, phone the office (518-443-1609), or call us on the ship (914-433-9747).
